Pieces of the puzzle

Sometimes putting all the pieces of the puzzle together is not the easiest thing in the world. Even though you have the picture on the box of what it is supposed to look like, it an be difficult to judge which piece goes where. In other w

ords, we can have a picture of what the life God has for us, but because of the current circumstances we may not be able to see it clearly. You can try all that you know how, and do everything you seemingly know how to do, but at the end of the day it seems like the picture gets more out of focus and the blessings of God seem to slip further and further away.

Know this that when the blessing is delayed, it may just be because God is working on you and your character, in order to preserve what he wants to give you, for the Bible says in Psalm 84:11; For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

We must remember that the blessing is not something that we deserve or are entitled to, rather it is the reward bestowed by His grace and mercy that comes after learning obedience through the things we suffered while being tried and tested in the fire.

Remember this, his thoughts are not your thoughts nor his ways your way, but if you are obedient to his word, the picture will soon become clear, and inspite of your situation, circumstance, problems, and issues, the picture God has for your life has not change, because he is the same God, yesterday, today, and forevermore!
