The easiest way to deal with and face your problems sometimes, is to help or be there for someone else as they face their problems. Sometimes you need to take the focus off you, and then maybe your problem won't seem so big after all. It helps to know you not the only one going through, but it's called going through for a reason.... Because as a child of God you will make it through!
